Privacy Policy

Effective May 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how liquidAPTS collects, uses, shares, and protects information across the public website, contact flow, product access paths, and related business software and AI product surfaces.

This policy is written for the current public site and access workflow. Separate product agreements, order forms, data processing terms, or customer-specific documents may apply to deployed products or enterprise services.

Contact And Privacy Notices

For privacy questions, requests, or legal notices, contact liquidAPTS at [email protected]. Please include enough detail for us to understand the request, verify the requester when needed, and route the matter to the right person.

If a customer-specific agreement provides a different notice address or support process, use that agreement-specific process for the covered product or service.

Information We Collect

Contact and identity details: name, email address, company or role context, and other details you choose to provide when you contact us, request product access, ask for support, or communicate with liquidAPTS.

Inquiry and product context: messages, requested products, selected platform or device type, rollout needs, support details, and related business context submitted through the public site or product access flow.

Technical and usage details: IP address, user agent, request timestamps, pages or routes requested, selected product or platform, rate-limit details, security logs, and basic diagnostic information generated when you use the site.

Customer and product data: if you or your organization uses a liquidAPTS product deployment, we may process content, records, files, messages, user details, workflow data, configuration data, and support materials submitted to or generated by that product.

Sources

  • You, when you submit forms, messages, product access requests, support requests, or account details.
  • Your organization, if it sets up a product deployment, invites users, administers access, or shares business workflow context with us.
  • Your browser, device, network, or operating system when you visit the site or use a product.
  • Service providers and infrastructure partners that help us host, secure, store, deliver, and troubleshoot the Services.
  • Third-party platforms that you or your organization choose to connect to a liquidAPTS product.

How We Use Information

  • Respond to inquiries, product access requests, support questions, and business conversations.
  • Route requests to the right liquidAPTS product, platform, rollout path, or follow-up workflow.
  • Operate, secure, debug, and improve the website, contact flow, downloads, and related product surfaces.
  • Protect against misuse, spam, unauthorized access, abusive traffic, and service reliability issues.
  • Maintain records needed for business operations, compliance, dispute resolution, and relationship management.

AI And Model Training

Some liquidAPTS products or workflows may include AI-assisted features. Prompts, inputs, outputs, files, and related context may be processed by liquidAPTS or its AI service providers to provide, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the specific feature.

We do not use non-public customer content submitted through the public contact flow or a customer product deployment to train public foundation models unless the customer has given written permission or a separate product agreement expressly allows it.

AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Users should review outputs before relying on them, especially for business, legal, financial, operational, or safety-related decisions.

Sensitive And Regulated Data

The public contact form is not intended for payment card numbers, government identification numbers, precise geolocation, biometric identifiers, account passwords, or other highly sensitive regulated information.

Some liquidAPTS products may support association, financial, operational, or other regulated workflows. Those deployments require product-specific configuration, customer instructions, and, where applicable, additional written terms such as a data processing agreement, security addendum, or order form.

Customers are responsible for deciding what data they submit to their product deployment and for ensuring they have the rights, notices, permissions, and legal basis needed to use that data with the Services.

Sharing And Service Providers

We may share information with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate the Services, including cloud hosting, database storage, email and communications, customer support, product delivery, security monitoring, error logging, abuse prevention, and professional services.

We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or government request; to protect rights, safety, security, users, customers, or systems; to enforce agreements; or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer.

  • Cloud, hosting, database, and storage providers.
  • Email, support, communication, and business operations providers.
  • Security, anti-abuse, logging, and infrastructure monitoring providers.
  • AI, automation, and product functionality providers when a feature requires them.
  • Professional advisors, auditors, insurers, legal counsel, and government authorities when appropriate.
  • A successor or potential successor in a business transaction involving liquidAPTS or relevant assets.

Sale, Sharing, And Advertising

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The current public site is not designed to use third-party advertising cookies or targeted advertising pixels.

If liquidAPTS later introduces advertising, targeted analytics, or data sharing that changes these practices, we will update this policy and provide legally required choices before or when those practices begin.

Cookies, Do Not Track, And GPC

The current public site is designed without advertising cookies or third-party behavioral tracking. Standard browser, server, and hosting logs may still be created when you access the site or submit a request.

Because the current public site does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, browser Do Not Track signals and Global Privacy Control signals do not change the site's behavior today. If we later add technology that requires opt-out handling, we will update this policy and honor legally required signals where applicable.

Payments And Purchases

The current public site does not ask for payment card numbers. If liquidAPTS offers paid subscriptions, purchases, invoices, app-store purchases, or usage-based products, payment details may be processed by third-party payment processors, app stores, banks, or billing providers under their own terms and privacy notices.

Unless a future payment flow says otherwise, liquidAPTS does not intend to store full payment card numbers on its own public website systems.

Mobile, Desktop, And Device Permissions

Some liquidAPTS products may run on web, desktop, tablet, or mobile devices and may request permissions such as camera, photos, files, notifications, local storage, network access, contacts, calendar, or location only when a feature needs that access.

Device permissions can usually be controlled through browser, operating system, app-store, or device settings. Product-specific notices may explain additional permission behavior when an app or feature is released.

International Transfers

liquidAPTS may process and store information in the United States, India, or other countries where we, our service providers, infrastructure providers, customers, or users operate. These countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.

When required, we use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for international transfers.

Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to requests, maintaining business records, operating services, improving products, enforcing terms, and meeting legal or security obligations.

Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, the product involved, customer instructions, applicable agreements, and legal requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. No internet or cloud service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through public forms.

Your Choices

You may contact liquidAPTS at [email protected] to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided, subject to identity verification and any legal, security, contractual, product, or operational limits that apply.

You can also ask us to stop using your contact details for non-essential outreach. Transactional, support, security, legal, billing, or account-related messages may still be sent when needed.

  • Request access to or a copy of personal information we maintain about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Ask us to delete personal information, subject to exceptions.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.
  • Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising if those practices ever apply.
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable.
  • Appeal or follow up on a denied request where applicable law requires an appeal process.

California And State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and whether a specific privacy law applies to liquidAPTS, you may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain, or opt out of certain uses or disclosures of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising legally protected privacy rights.

To exercise a privacy right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing the request. Authorized agents may submit requests where applicable law allows, but we may require proof of authorization and verification of the consumer.

In the past 12 months, the categories of personal information described in this policy may have been collected and disclosed to service providers for business purposes. We have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

The liquidAPTS site and products are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the public site.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the site, products, legal requirements, or operational practices change. The effective date will show when the policy was last updated.
