Legal notices, privacy requests, support escalation requests, and questions about these Terms can be sent to [email protected]. Notices from liquidAPTS may be provided through the website, product interface, email, account notice, invoice, or another reasonable communication method.

If a separate signed agreement, order form, or product-specific document lists a different notice process, that process controls for the covered product or service.

liquidAPTS is the public brand for LIQUIDAPTS, an India-based Partnership firm. India registration materials may style the firm as M/s LiquidAPTS.

For D&B, Apple, app-store, banking, or enterprise verification, use the legal entity name rather than product names or the public brand alone. Non-public verification details such as PAN, GST details if applicable, registration proof, address proof, telephone, authorized signatory details, and employee count may be supplied directly through authorized reviewer channels.

These Terms apply to the liquidAPTS public website, product access flow, previews, documentation, support surfaces, business software, AI-assisted features, and related services.

If a signed agreement, order form, data processing agreement, security addendum, subscription agreement, platform term, or product-specific term conflicts with these Terms, the more specific written document controls for the covered product or service.

You may use the Services only if you can form a binding agreement and will comply with these Terms, applicable laws, and any product-specific documentation or written agreement that applies to your use.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Some products, previews, early-access programs, or business workflows may require approval, credentials, an invitation, or a separate agreement.

Unless a page or written agreement expressly says otherwise, product descriptions, access flows, roadmap references, screenshots, and preview materials may describe products or features that are planned, upcoming, experimental, or subject to change.

liquidAPTS may refuse, suspend, limit, or revoke access when needed to protect the Services, users, systems, or business operations.

Use of the Services is also governed by the liquidAPTS Privacy Policy. Users and organizations are responsible for providing required notices, consents, permissions, and instructions for personal information or submitted content they provide to a liquidAPTS product or service.

Where required for a specific covered deployment, liquidAPTS and the relevant organization may enter into additional data processing, security, confidentiality, or regulated-data terms.

• Do not misuse, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or interfere with the Services or their security controls.
• Do not upload or submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or malicious content.
• Do not use the Services to violate privacy rights, intellectual property rights, sanctions rules, export rules, or other applicable laws.
• Do not submit sensitive regulated data through public forms unless liquidAPTS has provided a written workflow intended for that data.

You retain ownership of content, data, files, requests, messages, and materials you submit to the Services. You grant liquidAPTS the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, troubleshoot, secure, and support that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content and authorize liquidAPTS to process it as described in these Terms and any applicable agreement.

liquidAPTS may remove, restrict, or disable access to submitted content if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, infringes rights, is unlawful, or may harm the Services, users, systems, or business operations.

Some products or workflows may support association, payment, financial, operational, healthcare-adjacent, or other regulated activities. The Services are not a substitute for professional judgment, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, emergency services, or compliance review.

Users and organizations are responsible for validating workflow configuration, reviewing outputs, maintaining required records, obtaining required permissions, and complying with laws that apply to their industry, users, members, employees, and data.

Some products or workflows may include AI-assisted features. AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for a particular use without human review.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, AI-assisted features support workflows and do not create professional, fiduciary, medical, legal, financial, or compliance advice.

liquidAPTS may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services, including pages, product access flows, integrations, features, documentation, and preview experiences. We will try to communicate material changes when practical.

If you purchase or subscribe to a liquidAPTS product or service, pricing, payment terms, renewal terms, cancellation rights, taxes, usage limits, support commitments, and refund rules may be described in a separate quote, order form, invoice, subscription flow, platform listing, or written agreement.

Payments may be handled by third-party payment processors, banks, app stores, platform providers, or billing providers. Those providers may apply their own terms, privacy notices, refund rules, taxes, and dispute processes.

The Services, including the liquidAPTS brand, product names, software, designs, interfaces, documentation, text, graphics, and related materials, are owned by liquidAPTS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Services or permission to use liquidAPTS trademarks or branding except as expressly allowed in writing.

If liquidAPTS or a user or organization shares non-public business, technical, product, pricing, security, roadmap, or operational information that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential, the receiving party should use it only for the relationship and protect it with reasonable care.

Separate confidentiality, employment, contractor, or partner agreements may provide more specific confidentiality obligations.

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms, infrastructure, cloud providers, payment providers, communication tools, AI providers, or organization-selected systems. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and liquidAPTS is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liquidAPTS disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security, compatibility, and error-free operation.

liquidAPTS does not guarantee that the Services, AI outputs, integrations, recommendations, routes, notifications, or workflows will be uninterrupted, accurate, complete, secure, compliant for your use case, or free from data loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liquidAPTS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or replacement services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless liquidAPTS from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your submitted content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement or misuse of third-party rights.

You may stop using the Services at any time. liquidAPTS may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the Services in a way that may harm users, systems, or business operations.

After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including payment obligations, ownership terms, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute terms, and any rights needed for liquidAPTS to maintain records or complete lawful wind-down activities.

liquidAPTS is currently positioned first for India. If no separate written agreement applies, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply. liquidAPTS may update these Terms from time to time, and the effective date will show when the latest version applies.
